P.S. You now have 2 good sprinters and an ok leadout. Thats good. Your sprinting team looks very much like mine does. Your next trainee will be good, I know it will. I will be keeping my fingers crossed that your next trainee will be another bruce thomason. :-)
All righty then, he stopped training and only maxed at 48 on TQ so it doesn't matter what he was scouted at. I don't blame you for being pissed by having a rider max out at only 43. I guess we all take the same chance that certain riders will not live up to their potential. I feel your pain bro. Its very disappointing. Better luck next time I suppose. :(

What is his scouted TQ? If his scouted TQ is rated at small, average, good or whatever isn't it strange they it stopped being able to be trained at only 48, while the others can still be trained.
If that is so then it appears that all of his training should be cut off prematurely...
Well his TT is average and hills small everything else is none
Ahhh.. My bad. lol. I guess I should read the pr report more carefully. lol Can he keep training and train other things? I would be more disapointed with that then i would be that TQ couldn't go any higher. I'm guessing that he indeed did max at 43. That sucks. :-(

I was going to say that 48 really isn't that bad, but 43 is not good at all.
